WFH tip: create boundaries

Last week we started sharing a tip on working from home (click below).  Whatever your current situation, it’s imperative to have routines and some kind of structure. And to create a space to work when space has become a rare commodity. Boundaries are key.

The definition of a boundary is anything that marks a limit, physical or psychological.

But boundaries aren’t just needed for working from home, they are essential in life, and when running a business.

For example, at Quaversal, we are driven to always ‘be better’ and to simplify enterprise technology: we help businesses invest in technology that works for them. To stay on track, we have boundaries – in the clients we help, the technologies we present to them, and the processes we have to help them. It’s important to know when to say “yes’ and to say “no.” Making decisions and putting boundaries in place is essential for us to continue to grow and to serve our clients.

Don’t shy away from creating boundaries. They will help you, your business, and the people around you: your family and your customers.
